WHO’S IT FOR
All Levels Welcome
Whether you’re new to structured training or an experienced rider, there’s a place for you. Rides are designed to challenge without crushing – and the community keeps you coming back.
WHAT YOU NEED
Your Bike, a Trainer, Zwift
You’ll need a Zwift account, a smart trainer or compatible setup, and your bike. If you’re new to Zwift, I’m happy to help you get set up – just get in touch.
STATUS
Currently Paused
Sessions aren’t running at the moment while I decide what’s next. Get in touch if you’d like to be the first to know when they’re back.
What Are Zwift Rides?
Zwift is an online cycling platform that lets you ride with others in a virtual world – using your own bike and a smart trainer or exercise bike at home. My Zwift rides are structured group sessions and built for riders of every level. Think of it as a studio class in a virtual world, but your studio is wherever you are.
Each session is paced and coached in real time, with a clear structure – warm-up, main set, cool-down – and enough variety to keep things interesting week after week.
NEW TO ZWIFT?
Start Here
1. Get Set Up
Download the Zwift app and create an account. A Zwift subscription is required to ride.
2. Your Kit
Bring your own bike and add a trainer, or use a connected bike like a Wattbike or Keiser (M3i needs the M Series Converter). Your phone or tablet is enough to run the app.
3. Connect
Pair your trainer to the app over Bluetooth, pick your avatar, and you’re straight into Watopia.
4. Stay Ready
Sessions are paused for now. Get in touch and I’ll let you know the moment a ride’s back on the calendar.
New to all this? I’m happy to help you get set up — just get in touch.
